This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Assist customers through phone, email, and Zoom, taking full ownership of the resolution process.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues related to networking, API utilization, integrations, identity management, and file automation.
• Recognize patterns, replicate edge cases, and collaborate closely with the Engineering team to expedite fixes.
• Transform customer feedback into practical enhancements for Product and R&D teams.
• Craft clear and empathetic updates that maintain customer confidence and ensure team alignment.
• You possess a natural curiosity for technology and enjoy solving intricate challenges.
• You demonstrate clear communication skills, particularly via phone and Zoom.
• You have a strong sense of empathy for customers while remaining solution-oriented.
• You excel in dynamic environments, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
• You produce concise, professional notes that foster team alignment.
