This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Oversee a portfolio of clients participating in a mentorship program
β’ Ensure effective organization of schedules, meetings, and documentation
β’ Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal experts
β’ Maintain organized and updated information and materials
β’ Assist in the onboarding process for new clients
β’ Track engagement levels and identify potential risks for discontinuation
β’ Charismatic, passionate about problem-solving, patient, possess strong communication and organizational skills, respect for processes, good judgment, and an eye for opportunities
β’ Previous experience in Customer Success, Operations, Project Management, or similar fields is an advantage
β’ Familiarity with recurring educational services, such as course support or mentorship, is also beneficial
