This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Drive Sales: Actively reach out to and assess online leads to facilitate the sales of GenePlanet's medical tests.
• Patient Coordination: Effectively manage and arrange blood collection appointments, ensuring a seamless patient experience.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver timely and efficient assistance, addressing patient questions and resolving concerns with compassion.
• Performance Analysis: Track and evaluate contact center performance, pinpointing areas for improvement.
• Marketing Collaboration: Offer insightful feedback to the online marketing team informed by patient interactions and market trends.
• Strategic Input: Work alongside the marketing team to enhance lead generation tactics and boost customer engagement.
• Market Intelligence: Relay essential market insights to the marketing team to guide strategic planning.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a strong emphasis on achieving objectives.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, ideally within a contact center setting.
• Proficiency in English and Romanian.
• A background in the medical field is advantageous.
• Knowledge of marketing principles is a plus.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
