This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Proactively reach out to and qualify online leads to drive sales of GenePlanet's medical tests.
• Effectively arrange and coordinate blood collection appointments, ensuring a seamless patient experience.
• Deliver timely and effective support, addressing patient questions and resolving issues with compassion.
• Track and evaluate contact center performance, pinpointing areas for improvement.
• Offer insightful feedback to the online marketing team based on patient interactions and market trends.
• Work in partnership with the marketing team to enhance lead generation tactics and boost customer engagement.
• Relay essential market insights to the marketing team to guide strategic planning.
• Results-driven mindset with a strong emphasis on achieving sales goals.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or customer service, ideally in a contact center setting.
• Proficiency in English and Italian.
• Background in the medical field is advantageous.
• Knowledge of marketing principles is beneficial.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
