This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Interact with customers through chat and phone, delivering outstanding service.
• Serve as the primary expert on Canon’s cutting-edge products and services.
• Address customer issues by providing customized troubleshooting solutions.
• Offer assistance with Canon's state-of-the-art cameras, printers, and imaging solutions.
• Assist with inquiries related to purchases, warranties, repairs, and more.
• Native speaker of Norwegian.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with effective problem-solving capabilities.
• Basic understanding of technology and a passion for imaging.
• Familiarity with Canon products (or a willingness to learn) is a plus!
• Must be willing to relocate to Greece.
• Holder of an EU Passport.
