Customer Support Consultant, Hospitality, Fluent English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, chats, and emails

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English (C1 level for both spoken and written communication)

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer support position

• Strong analytical and research capabilities

• Background in the travel industry

• Positive, proactive, and responsible demeanor

• Personal computer (at least 8GB of RAM) and a reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
