This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Provide exceptional customer support through emails and phone calls
• Adhere to internal protocols and standard operating procedures
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve effective resolution of issues
• Manage sensitive customer information with utmost care and security
• Implement the most effective customer satisfaction strategies
• Maintain a thorough understanding of client solutions and achieve key performance indicators
• Engage in communication with developers and cross-functional teams
• Proficient in German and English (minimum C1 level for both speaking and writing)
• 6 to 12 months of experience in customer support roles
• Strong analytical and research capabilities
• Demonstrate a positive, proactive, and responsible demeanor
• Personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
• Fixed working hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM UTC
