This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Provide exceptional customer support through email and phone communications;
• Adhere to established internal procedures and standard operating protocols;
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to facilitate effective resolution of issues;
• Manage sensitive customer information with utmost care and security;
• Implement the latest customer satisfaction practices;
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of client solutions while achieving key performance indicators;
• Engage with developers and cross-functional experts.
• Proficient in both German and English (minimum C1 level for speaking and writing);
• 6 to 12 months of experience in customer support roles;
• Strong analytical and research capabilities;
• A positive, proactive, and responsible mindset;
• Personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
• Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM UTC;
