This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, chat, and email communications;
• Efficiently diagnose and resolve both technical and customer-related concerns;
• Offer direct customer assistance via phone, email, and live chat platforms;
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of escalated support tickets, from initial evaluation to resolution and follow-up;
• Accurately document issues, troubleshooting processes, and solutions in the ticketing system;
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure prompt escalation and resolution of complex issues.
• Exceptional English communication skills (minimum C1 level for both spoken and written communication)
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
• Proven ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and processes
• Strong technical skills and comfort with modern digital tools and platforms
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once while adhering to deadlines
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Strong analytical and research skills
• A positive, proactive, and responsible demeanor
• Personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
