This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• This is a customer-oriented support position dedicated to assisting hairdresser clients through various service channels.
• Responsibilities include addressing order inquiries, resolving billing concerns, assisting with product access or login difficulties, and providing general support communication.
• The ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced support setting, possess a service-oriented mindset, and maintain emotional composure while resolving client issues throughout the day.
• **Key Requirements**
• 2-3+ years of experience in customer support, customer service, or client service roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in navigating platforms such as Zendesk, WhatsApp, SMS, direct messages, and participating in some calls or virtual meetings.
• Capable of managing complaint-driven or troubleshooting discussions without becoming reactive.
• Confident in learning product workflows and effectively communicating them to end users.
• Dependable, proactive, and able to adhere to processes while still demonstrating initiative.
• A genuine passion for customer service.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm when dealing with complaints or troubleshooting issues.
• Willingness to work UK-aligned schedules with at least one support shift on Saturdays.
