Customer Support, Automation Specialist, Operations Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Core Reporting Management: Execute and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports that cover essential customer service metrics, order fulfillment statuses, and evolving KPIs to meet changing business requirements.

• Data Analysis & Automation: Extract, analyze, and process intricate datasets from SAP and Salesforce.

• Advanced Excel Utilization: Utilize advanced Excel functionalities (Power Query/Power Pivot) along with light VBA or Office Scripts to automate tasks and data extractions (such as SAPGUI).

• Workflow & Ticket Oversight: Manage and enhance mini ticketing systems to address internal operational requests.

• Workflow Development: Construct and oversee these workflows using Smartsheet, SharePoint lists, or Microsoft Power Apps.

• Cross-Departmental Support: Serve as a reliable data partner to customer service, back-office, and commercial stakeholders, ensuring they receive accurate and timely information.

• Agile Problem Solving: Address and fulfill ad-hoc data requests and occasional dashboard development with precision as they come up.


⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced Excel, VBA & Office Scripts: Proficient in structured data management, formulas, and pivot tables.

• Workflow Automation: Practical experience in creating and managing workflows using SharePoint lists and Power Automate Cloud.

• Business Intelligence Proficiency: Comfortable using Tableau and/or Power BI as an end-user, with the capability to undertake occasional Power BI development tasks.

• System Navigation Skills: Strong skills in SAP for data extraction, along with basic knowledge of Salesforce.

• Exceptional Organizational Skills: Reliable and highly organized, able to manage multiple recurring deadlines effectively.

• Effective Communication: Clear communication abilities with the confidence to collaborate efficiently across various teams and departments.

• Bonus Skills (Preferred): Basic understanding of Python for rare scripting needs.

• Experience with Smartsheet or similar workflow management tools.

• Fundamental knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) or supply chain processes.
