This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Act as the main point of contact for incoming inquiries related to support and legal/compliance issues.
• Exercise sound judgment in triaging requests.
• Decrease the volume of tickets by addressing the root causes.
• Assist in developing the AI-first toolkit in collaboration with the rest of the team.
• Serve as the internal advocate for the customer.
• Establish the tone and standards for how Odin interacts with customers.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer-facing operational positions.
• Direct experience in finance, fintech, fund administration, investor relations, or VC operations is highly advantageous.
• You remain composed and articulate under pressure.
• You possess a systemic way of thinking.
• You are tool-oriented and fluent in AI technologies.
• You demonstrate strong conviction.
• A team player with high ownership and low ego.
• Exceptional writing skills are essential.
