This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Provide assistance to our renter customers in placing utility orders and explaining their available options.
• Engage with renters through phone, text, and email communications.
• Conduct outgoing calls to follow up with both renters and utility providers.
• Support various activities that benefit our clients and contribute to the growth of our team.
• Must be available to work full-time, 5 days a week, totaling 45 hours, with some weekend availability.
• Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to pay close attention to renters' needs.
• Motivated to ensure the completion of the order process.
• Experience in handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Comfortable with utilizing and learning new technology.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, outgoing, and naturally extroverted personality.
• Quick-thinking and adaptable to changing situations.
