Customer Support Associate – Utility Services, 4-months contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• Support renter clients in placing utility orders.

• Interact with renters via phone, text, and email.

• Conduct outbound calls to follow up with renters and utility providers.

• Provide assistance with additional tasks to support clients and the expanding team.
