This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Moldova.
• Deliver exceptional customer support by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
• Assist clients in navigating our services, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience.
• Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Remain informed about our products, services, and policies to offer accurate assistance.
• Document and manage client interactions within the support system for reporting and follow-up purposes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve intricate cases and enhance the customer journey.
• Play a role in developing support resources such as FAQs and user manuals.
• Monitor and evaluate support trends to propose improvements.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer support.
• Experience in Forex trading (1+ year) is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in English (advanced or near-native level).
• Knowledge of an additional language (Spanish, Arabic, Farsi, German, Tagalog, Hindi, Portuguese, etc.) is beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Familiarity with customer support tools and software.
• Capable of maintaining resilience and effectively multitasking under pressure.
