This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Supervise guest reservations and assist clients in organizing their Tiny House experiences.
• Address inquiries through various channels, including the website, email, and social media platforms.
• Handle reservations from start to finish, including upselling services and activating promotional offers.
• Provide assistance via the customer contact line, managing and resolving inquiries as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (such as housekeeping and tradespeople) to ensure properties are ready and well-maintained in a timely manner.
• Tackle and resolve guest issues in a professional and prompt manner.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer service.
• Proven ability to achieve results and proactively enhance processes.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, or eco-tourism is highly beneficial.
• Strong dedication to providing outstanding customer experiences.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Maintains composure under pressure, effectively managing challenging scenarios.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work independently when necessary.
