This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Quickly address customer tickets, which are currently managed through written communication and phone calls.
• Assist customers in navigating our client’s offerings by responding to inquiries related to nutrition, subscriptions, and order specifics, primarily through ticketing channels.
• Establish trust with customers by thoughtfully managing each interaction, ensuring they feel supported and appreciated throughout their wellness journey.
• Monitor and document ticket responses meticulously, maintaining comprehensive records to improve the customer experience and facilitate smooth resolution of future inquiries.
• Keep abreast of our partner’s product range and promotional offers, allowing you to provide timely and precise information with each response.
• Offer insights on frequent customer inquiries and concerns to aid the team in refining processes and enhancing service quality across the board.
• Exceptional written communication skills are crucial, as over 95% of support interactions occur via tickets, with only a small percentage of outbound calls (less than 5%) at this time.
• Willingness to adapt to potential future inbound and outbound calls as our support model evolves to incorporate more direct customer interactions.
• Previous experience in customer service with a proven ability to deliver outstanding support in a ticketing environment.
• Highly detail-oriented, capable of accurately tracking and documenting responses while maintaining organized records for effective follow-up.
• Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented, especially when managing multiple customer tickets or occasional calls with professionalism and ease.
• Flexibility and adaptability are key, as our support model may change over time, potentially increasing the volume of phone-based interactions.
