This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• In this role, you will report to the Customer Support Manager and serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries through Live chat and emails.
• You will adhere to a scheduled work routine, ensuring you are available to respond to incoming emails and Live chat queries.
• It is essential to report any ongoing issues or training needs directly to the CS Manager, Operations Manager, and Director of Operations.
• Maintain Chat response times to an average of under 10 minutes.
• Proactively reach out to customers who have contacted us and require follow-up.
• Be prepared to assist with any projects or tasks assigned by the CS Manager, Operations Manager, or Director of Operations.
• Manage support tickets using our internal system, Zendesk.
• A college degree or high school diploma, or at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in both French and English, both written and spoken, is a valuable asset.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Prior experience with Zendesk is preferred.
• Familiarity with sports, online betting, or gaming is advantageous.
