This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Deliver technical assistance to customers utilizing the platform
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to the platform
• Guide customers in navigating and comprehending system functionalities
• Refer more complex technical matters when necessary
• Contribute to maintaining high levels of customer retention and satisfaction
• Aid in the development of support documentation and knowledge resources
• Collaborate with AI support tools and automated support systems
• Recognize recurring customer challenges and propose process enhancements
• Prior experience in a technical customer support or customer success position
• Strong abilities in troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Proficient in learning and working with software platforms
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with support platforms such as Zendesk, Fin, Intercom, or similar
• Capability to articulate technical concepts in a straightforward and user-friendly manner
• Keen attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
• Bonus: Experience with GoHighLevel SaaS or property management software
• Bonus: Experience in implementing support systems, AI support tools, or knowledge bases
