This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Act as the initial point of contact for customers from around the globe
• Validate customer documentation
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Assist customer support representatives with various tasks as needed
• Work collaboratively with service partners to support customer needs
• Some background in customer support
• Excellent communication abilities
• A customer-centric approach
• Proficient in Spanish (both written and spoken)
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Experience in the banking or health insurance sectors is advantageous
• Familiarity with helpdesk software (e.g. Zendesk) is preferred
