Customer Support Agent – PST/EST Timezone

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Engage users proactively through **chat** and **calls** during their onboarding process and early usage.

• Reach out to users exhibiting signs of low activity or early churn, assisting them in getting back on track.

• Serve as a **human recovery layer**: comprehend user frustrations, diagnose issues, and rebuild trust through genuine conversations.

• Guide users in identifying areas for improvement to achieve better results, employing clear and empathetic communication.

• Suggest enhancements to profiles, CVs, or job searches, including relevant paid add-ons (e.g., resume review) that provide substantial value.

• Relay user feedback and recurring trends to the Product team to enhance the overall customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 2**+ years** of experience in customer success, sales, account management, or support-driven sales with **US-based customers**.

• Fluent/Native in **English** and **Russian**.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week within the **USA time zone**.

• Comfortable working **proactively**, rather than waiting for tickets to come in.

• Strong skills in persuasion, negotiation, and handling objections.

• Data-driven approach: you prioritize conversion, retention, and unit economics.

• Familiarity with working towards daily targets, funnels, and KPIs.

• High-speed internet connection (VPN-free).
