This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Proactively interact with users through **chat** and **calls** during the onboarding process and initial usage;
• Reach out to users exhibiting low activity or signs of early churn to assist them in regaining momentum;
• Serve as a **human recovery layer**: comprehend user frustrations, identify issues, and restore trust through genuine conversation;
• Guide users on potential improvements to enhance their results, utilizing clear and empathetic communication;
• Suggest enhancements for profiles, CVs, or job search strategies, including pertinent paid add-ons (e.g. resume review) when they provide substantial value;
• Convey user feedback and recurring trends to the Product team to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Possess **2+ years** of experience in customer success, sales, account management, or support-driven sales with **US-based customers**;
• Fluent/native proficiency in **English** and **Russian**;
• Availability to work 40 hours per week in the **USA time zone**;
• Comfortable taking a **proactive approach**, rather than waiting for incoming tickets;
• Strong skills in persuasion, negotiation, and handling objections;
• Data-driven mindset: you prioritize conversion, retention, and unit economics;
• Comfortable managing daily targets, funnels, and KPIs;
• High-speed internet connection (without the need for a VPN).
