This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Actively connect with users through **chat** and **calls** during their onboarding and initial usage phases;
• Reach out to users exhibiting signs of low engagement or potential churn and assist them in getting back on track;
• Serve as a **human recovery layer**: comprehend user frustrations, identify issues, and restore trust through genuine conversation;
• Guide users on improvements that can enhance their results, employing clear and empathetic communication;
• Suggest enhancements for profiles, CVs, or job searches, including relevant paid add-ons (e.g., resume reviews) when they provide substantial value;
• Relay user feedback and recurring trends to the Product team to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Possess 2**+ years** of experience in customer success, sales, account management, or support-driven sales with **US-based clients**;
• Fluent/native proficiency in **English** and **Russian**;
• Availability to work 40 hours per week in the **USA time zone**;
• Comfortable taking a **proactive** approach, rather than waiting for tickets;
• Strong skills in persuasion, negotiation, and handling objections;
• Data-driven mentality: you prioritize conversion, retention, and unit economics;
• Proficient in working with daily targets, funnels, and KPIs;
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (VPN-free).
