This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Actively engage users through **chat** and **calls** during their onboarding and initial usage phases;
• Reach out to users exhibiting low activity or early signs of churn and assist them in getting back on track;
• Serve as a **human recovery layer**: recognize user frustrations, diagnose issues, and restore trust through genuine conversation;
• Guide users on how to enhance their results with clear and empathetic communication;
• Suggest enhancements to profiles, CVs, or job searches, including pertinent paid add-ons (e.g. resume review) when they provide significant value;
• Relay user feedback and recurring trends to Product to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Possess 2**+ years** of experience in customer success, sales, account management, or support-driven sales with **US-based customers**;
• Fluent/Native in **English** and **Russian**;
• Ability to commit to 40 hours per week in the **USA time zone**;
• Comfortable working **proactively**, rather than waiting for tickets;
• Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities;
• Data-driven mindset: you prioritize conversion, retention, and unit economics;
• Familiarity with daily targets, funnels, and KPIs;
• High-speed internet connection (VPN-free).
