This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Answer incoming calls from current customers.
β’ Handle service requests, including the addition or removal of vehicles and drivers, inputting lienholder details, and dispatching policy documents, among other tasks.
β’ Assist customers with inquiries related to their current insurance policies, including coverage details or policy benefits, as well as making modifications to existing policies.
β’ Strive to retain Jerry policyholders by proactively identifying solutions for customers who may be considering cancellation.
β’ Over 2 years of experience in a call center setting.
β’ Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively among various competing demands.
β’ A strong passion for assisting others.
β’ Hourly wage: $19.00 - 21.00.
β’ We will cover the cost of your P&C license (expected to be obtained within 60 days of starting).
