Customer Support Agent – Nachtschicht

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• In the event of breakdowns and accidents, you ensure that private customers are provided with a replacement vehicle quickly and effortlessly in the evenings and at night.

• Our team collaborates closely with various insurance and assistance companies, processing their requests promptly and customer-oriented via email or phone.

• Subsequently, orders are created and requested vehicles are reserved.

• You create an unforgettable experience for each customer and respond individually to their wishes and inquiries.

• You ensure smooth and swift communication and processing of our customers' requests - both by phone and email.

⛳️ Requirements

• Customer service experience

• Enjoy interacting with customers and know how to handle demanding clients

• Strong communication skills

• Outgoing, communicative, and enjoy writing and talking

• Fluent in German, both spoken and written, with good English skills

• Reliability

• Work independently and reliably

• Service-oriented and solution-focused mindset

• Initial experience with MS Office programs (especially Word and Outlook)
