This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.
• Manage incoming customer inquiries via email and chat.
• Effectively and thoroughly resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
• Utilize Shopify and customs admin to retrieve order information.
• Keep precise records and adhere to established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Represent two luxury brands with professionalism and a warm demeanor.
• Collaborate with team members across various time zones.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing support position.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, show empathy towards frustrated customers, and quickly devise solutions.
• Ownership mentality: adept at resolving tickets and identifying issues.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Experience with Gorgias or similar helpdesk software is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with Shopify is beneficial.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• 20 days of vacation annually.
