This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Manage incoming communications for prominent brands
• Support customers with inquiries, service requests, account requirements, and product assistance
• Utilize guided systems and resources to provide top-notch customer service
• Uphold professionalism, accuracy, and brand consistency
• Provide flexible scheduling options once certified
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be a minimum of 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States
• U.S. resident (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI)
• Capable of following detailed procedures and achieving performance goals
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Proficient in navigating computer applications and web-based tools
• Ability to work autonomously while adhering to schedules
• Preferred: Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not mandatory
• Familiarity with phone-based or computer-based support settings
