This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, addressing inquiries about our products via email, live chat, and phone.
• Ensure that customers receive outstanding service throughout their interactions.
• Responsible for the verification of documents.
• Manage responsibilities and assist customer support agents with various tasks as needed.
• Work in collaboration with service partners to enhance customer support.
• Some background in customer support is preferred.
• Excellent communication abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
• Ideally, familiarity with helpdesk software such as Zendesk or comparable tools.
• Provision of a complete home office setup.
