This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Provide outstanding customer support via live chat, email, and social media in English.
• Assume full responsibility for customer inquiries, proactively offering solutions that truly assist and benefit our clients.
• Monitor and report technical incidents to our engineering team.
• Uphold and continuously enhance our high service standards.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
• Contribute to the enhancement of our services and products by gathering and acting on customer feedback.
• Use Jira to document and allocate tasks to the technical team.
• Collaborate effectively with our skilled and dynamic team.
• Exceptional communicator with strong written and verbal English skills.
• Background in customer service; experience with live chat is a significant advantage.
• Proficient multitasker who excels in a fast-paced environment.
• A natural enthusiasm for personal growth within Mercuryo and a desire to contribute to our team culture.
• Previous experience in a FinTech startup is a plus.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency is beneficial, though not mandatory — we will assist you in learning.
• Knowledge of platforms such as Jira and Zendesk (or comparable customer service systems) is preferred.
