This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
• Conduct investigations and provide timely, high-quality responses to player inquiries.
• Offer insightful feedback to our development team.
• Deliver outstanding customer support to players.
• Assist internal teams with requests related to projects.
• Play an essential role in collecting and relaying player feedback.
• Maintain precise and comprehensive reports.
• Ensure swift escalation of any issues encountered.
• Aid in the optimization of support processes using personalized macros.
• Effectively manage your time to address players' needs.
• Acquire deep gameplay knowledge of our products to better assist players.
• Native-level proficiency in Traditional Chinese (Mandarin) and business-level proficiency in English.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including morning, afternoon, or night.
