This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Deliver customer support through email, chat, and phone (both inbound and outbound).
• Address customer inquiries in a professional and prompt manner.
• Aid customers with their questions, troubleshooting needs, and issue resolution.
• Elevate complex issues to the relevant team as necessary.
• Keep precise records in customer support systems.
• Play a role in enhancing the overall customer experience.
• Located in Germany with valid work authorization.
• Proficient in English communication skills, ranging from basic to good.
• Proficiency in at least one EU language, such as German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Nordic languages, or other European languages.
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in customer support.
• Comfortable engaging with customers through phone, email, and chat.
• Familiarity with customer support tools (such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, etc.) is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Fully remote work within Germany.
