Customer Support Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Engage with English-speaking clients regarding our websites and services;

• Escalate complex inquiries to other departments;

• Enhance professional skills through training sessions and lectures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English at a minimum B1 level;

• Willingness to work night shifts (~6 per month) from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM;

• Experience in customer service via phone, email, chat, and/or in-person;

• Initiative and organizational skills;

• Desire to learn and grow in the IT field.
