This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Addressing incoming customer inquiries through email and phone communications.
• Assisting customers with inquiries regarding our products, subscriptions, or promotions.
• Offering guidance to help customers navigate our website.
• Keeping customer records up-to-date and performing various administrative duties.
• Strong interpersonal sensitivity — you engage in every customer interaction with patience, clarity, and a friendly demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in German, along with proficient English for internal communications.
• Capable of articulating thoughts and enjoying direct engagement with customers.
• Independent and organized work approach.
• Comfortable using the internet and interested in digital products.
• Passionate about our mission to promote digital learning.
• Previous experience in customer service (whether in-person or online) is an advantage.
• Flexibility: adaptable working hours, a remote-first work model, and the opportunity to work from another EU country for up to 180 days each year.
