This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Delivering comprehensive product information
• Addressing intricate inquiries
• Ensuring a smooth experience for our clients through proactive solutions
• University Degree in Science (Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biology, Health Sciences) or extensive experience in Customer Service in English (including phone interactions)
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal (Customer Service Agents will engage in meetings with our international team and handle calls from customers in the US and Europe)
• Prior experience with Zendesk is preferred
• Capable of working independently as well as collaborating with remote teams
