This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally through email, live chat, and phone.
• Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating more complex cases when necessary.
• Keep accurate records of all customer engagements within the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to confirm that their issues have been resolved and that they are satisfied.
• Recognize recurring problems and report them to the product or operations teams.
• Assist in the creation and enhancement of support documentation and FAQs.
• Consistently meet individual and team service level agreement (SLA) targets.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support, helpdesk, or a comparable role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• An empathetic and solution-focused approach to addressing issues.
• Familiarity with CRM or helpdesk software (such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot).
• Capability to efficiently handle a high volume of inquiries.
• Proficient typing skills and computer literacy.
• A reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection.
• A matric certificate is required; customer service certification is a plus.
