This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Address player inquiries swiftly through live chat, emails, and various communication channels.
• Manage player expectations by delivering timely updates and solutions.
• Take responsibility for incoming chats to ensure all messages are attended to.
• Keep precise records of player concerns and the resolutions provided.
• Work collaboratively with other departments on administrative tasks and translations.
• Ensure that tasks crucial to the company's objectives are completed on time.
• Exceptional written communication abilities in English and Portuguese.
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented with a knack for problem-solving.
• Strong attention to detail and capacity to uphold professionalism.
• Familiarity with live chat platforms is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese are a plus.
• Previous experience in a chat support position is beneficial.
