This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Manage incoming delivery requests from end customers with a sense of professionalism and urgency.
• Implement established exception procedures for issues such as ghost shipments, delays while in transit, and cases of delivered items not received, among others.
• Clearly and consistently communicate shipment statuses, next steps, and expectations to customers.
• Escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Accurately log outcomes to enhance tracking visibility and reporting capabilities.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, ideally within logistics, e-commerce, or SaaS sectors.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear manner.
• Proficient in using ticketing systems and adhering to established workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining accurate documentation.
• Capability to stay calm and focused on solutions when under pressure.
