This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Engage professionally with clients through **chat, email, and social media**.

• Must be fluent in **Hungarian (C2)** and possess **good English proficiency (B2)**.

• Capable of articulating **technical concepts in a straightforward and accessible manner**.
• Bring prior experience in customer support (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Have **completed secondary education and hold a diploma**.
