This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Address customer inquiries through various communication channels including calls, tickets, chat, and email.
• Manage both incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism and a helpful attitude.
• Accurately record, update, and maintain customer data in the company systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver precise and timely solutions.
• Adhere to established processes while maintaining clear documentation of customer interactions.
• Recognize recurring customer issues and provide feedback for process enhancements.
• Exceptional English communication abilities, both written and spoken.
• A clear and confident speaking voice; a near-native US accent is highly preferred.
• Proficient in managing inbound and outbound calls.
• Tech-savvy with the capability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and workflows.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective collaboration skills with diverse teams in a remote work environment.
• Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support, customer service, administrative support, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with CRM, ticketing, chat, or customer management tools is preferred.
• Experience assisting US-based customers is an advantage.
• Background in B2B or remote work is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with strong relevant experience.
