📋 Description

• Configure and set up our intricate B2B product, which encompasses functional logic akin to Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and similar systems.

• Take ownership of client renewals and contract extensions within your portfolio.

• Identify and implement upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance account value.

• Be accountable for retention metrics and proactively address churn risks.

• Manage and maintain revenue forecasts for your assigned portfolio.

• Conduct demo calls to thoroughly understand client business needs and deliver compelling product demonstrations that highlight value and functionality.

• Develop and facilitate comprehensive client training sessions to promote high user adoption rates.

• Actively manage the client journey, cultivating strong relationships and serving as a trusted advisor to guarantee ongoing satisfaction and success.

• Function as the commercial owner of designated accounts, driving growth and long-term value.

• Oversee a portfolio of accounts, concentrating on retention while identifying opportunities to upgrade client plans in line with their evolving needs.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in a relevant Customer Success, Implementation, or Account Management role.

• Demonstrated experience in owning or contributing to client renewals and retention initiatives.

• Practical experience in upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.

• Ability to forecast revenue and manage a portfolio from a commercial standpoint.

• Proven track record in setting up a complex B2B product with functional logic (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable large-scale ERP/CRM/SaaS solutions).

• Customer-focused and responsible demeanor.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Exceptional presentation and account management abilities.
