This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete onboarding process for new customers — from initial setup to successful go-live.
• Facilitate and direct partners through the Launch Checklist, ensuring timely completion of all milestones (integration, balance top-up, listing, communication review).
• Act as the primary relationship manager for all current customers.
• Assist customers in enhancing visibility and performance, such as through improved communication, email outreach, or seasonal marketing campaigns.
• Ensure that all communications and visuals adhere to brand and compliance standards.
• Maintain a top-tier CRM in HubSpot by utilizing AI to automatically log interactions, enrich contact information, flag outdated records, and keep pipelines organized without unnecessary manual effort.
• Conduct regular customer reviews, analyzing performance metrics and pinpointing areas for enhancement.
• Assist with issue resolution and customer feedback mechanisms to continually enhance the customer experience.
• Expedite issue resolution with AI — leverage AI to classify incoming support tickets, draft initial replies, highlight relevant knowledge-base articles, and close the feedback loop more efficiently.
• Proficient in both English and German (spoken and written) — required.
• 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Partner Onboarding, preferably within the loyalty, hospitality, or travel sectors.
• Skilled in utilizing AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar) for writing, research, data analysis, and workflow automation.
• Practical experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital integrations (API connections, web links, voucher uploads, campaign dashboards).
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Empathetic communicator with a consultative, solution-oriented approach who can combine human judgment with AI-generated insights to achieve superior results.
• Comfortable collaborating across teams and time zones, using AI to draft asynchronous updates, summarize meeting notes, and ensure alignment.
