This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Collaborate with clients to realize their digital training goals utilizing the 360Learning platform.
β’ Assess customers' primary business objectives, conduct audits, and analyze platform usage to uncover potential opportunities.
β’ Examine benchmarks and best practices, and develop action plans to take advantage of these opportunities.
β’ Facilitate the renewal of contracts by assisting customers in achieving their desired results.
β’ Organize resources to meet customer needs (technical, educational, etc.).
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Customer Success position.
β’ Prior experience in an HR Tech or Learning Solution SaaS environment.
β’ Background in the SaaS industry is required.
β’ Familiarity with customer success KPIs.
β’ Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
β’ Capability to thoroughly understand client needs and challenges.
β’ Bachelorβs Degree or equivalent education.
