Customer Success Partner – Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Collaborate with clients to realize their digital training goals utilizing the 360Learning platform.

β€’ Assess customers' primary business objectives, conduct audits, and analyze platform usage to uncover potential opportunities.

β€’ Examine benchmarks and best practices, and develop action plans to take advantage of these opportunities.

β€’ Facilitate the renewal of contracts by assisting customers in achieving their desired results.

β€’ Organize resources to meet customer needs (technical, educational, etc.).


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Customer Success position.

β€’ Prior experience in an HR Tech or Learning Solution SaaS environment.

β€’ Background in the SaaS industry is required.

β€’ Familiarity with customer success KPIs.

β€’ Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

β€’ Capability to thoroughly understand client needs and challenges.

β€’ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education.
