This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Serve as the main point of contact and advocate for around 150 medium-sized business clients.
• Develop expertise in Inbound Marketing and become the reliable marketing consultant for each of your clients.
• Sustain a revenue stream by overseeing account retention and renewal processes.
• Generate upgrade revenue through the adoption of new product features and increased usage.
• Collaborate with the team to formulate strategies for scaling and growth.
• Previous experience in sales or account management roles.
• Experience collaborating with small business owners and marketers.
• A proven history of consistently achieving and surpassing revenue targets.
• A solid understanding of business operations, including sales, consultative approaches, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and the skill to effectively lead phone conversations.
• Exceptional organizational capabilities.
• The capacity to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
• Knowledge of Inbound Marketing is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business principles is a plus.
• Experience with marketing automation tools is beneficial.
