Customer Success Manager, SMB

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive scalable engagement across a diverse portfolio of SMB clients.

• Create and implement personalized and automated email marketing campaigns and outreach sequences.

• Develop and enhance workflows utilizing the Customer Success platform.

• Analyze account data to provide tailored client insights and prioritize actions accordingly.

• Facilitate one-to-many engagement initiatives, including webinars and office hours.

• Collaborate across departments with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support to enhance customer value.

• Interact with customers on a one-to-one basis to promote product adoption, identify growth opportunities, and resolve escalated issues.

• Enhance customer health, boost retention, recognize growth opportunities, and nurture brand advocates.

• Monitor outcomes including revenue retention, campaign engagement, case study and reference wins, churn reduction, expansion leads, and customer feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related discipline.

• Over 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing position is preferred.

• Strong abilities in written and verbal communication as well as data analysis.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and skills in relationship building.

• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with Product, Sales, Support, and Marketing teams.

• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Planhat, or Gainsight is preferred.

• Previous experience in the transportation industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
