This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Facilitate product adoption and enhance customer outcomes through both individual and group channels, including video conferencing, email interactions, and webinars.
• Assist in a variety of digital touchpoints, with the goal of delivering value to customers at every stage of their lifecycle.
• Actively reach out to customers to reduce risks, encourage renewals, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Take ownership of promptly escalating customer and internal inquiries, knowing when to escalate issues versus when to delve into problem-solving.
• Conduct engaging and effective customer calls and webinars.
• Organize and prioritize a significant volume of daily tasks.
• Work collaboratively with teams across Renewals, Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
• Track customer health metrics to pinpoint engagement opportunities and identify risk signals.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success roles; additional experience in customer support, sales, or customer marketing is advantageous.
• Proficient in written and spoken Italian or Spanish is mandatory.
• Proficient in written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to cultivate positive business relationships; comfortable taking responsibility for driving success with customers.
• Demonstrated capability to create and deliver persuasive customer materials that align with business goals.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to set milestones and keep project plans on track.
• Familiarity with how organizations assess value and generate revenue, with experience in recurring revenue sales models and renewal processes being a plus.
• Experience utilizing a one-to-many engagement approach on a global scale.
