This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish trusted relationships with executives and key stakeholders within client organizations to comprehend their strategic objectives.
• Foster product utilization and attain outcomes/value as defined by the customer.
• Serve as the primary external and internal contact for daily client interactions, which includes preparing for and following up on weekly meetings.
• Ensure contract renewals and uncover new revenue opportunities to meet annual renewal and growth targets.
• Facilitate the escalation of client issues and potential risks, lead the risk mitigation process, and ensure timely resolution of issues to enhance the customer experience.
• Over 8 years of experience managing a portfolio of existing clients in a Customer Success Manager role or a comparable position.
• More than 5 years of experience handling high-value, complex, and strategic partnership accounts.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Customer-focused with an emphasis on driving customer outcomes and achieving objectives in collaboration with Verily and its range of products.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the capability to communicate and collaborate effectively with individuals at various levels, both internally and externally.
