This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main relationship manager for our Strategic segment employer clients (3,000-10,000 lives), ensuring consistent communication with the customers’ benefits team and other key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing to create and implement engaging campaigns and workshops tailored for your clients.
• Generate and regularly share customer performance reports.
• Work internally with various teams, including product, clinical, data science, legal, and others, to efficiently address customer requests and challenges.
• Play an active role in product roadmap discussions, providing valuable insights from customers and patients, and advocate for new product initiatives with your clients.
• Ensure customers feel supported and satisfied after every interaction, fostering annual renewals with Lyra.
• Over 8 years of experience in customer success or a related field, preferably within HR, Benefits, or Healthcare sectors involving employers or large groups.
• Familiarity with managing clients with a workforce of 3,000-10,000 employees.
• A strong commitment to mental health and a desire to transform the healthcare landscape.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on quickly establishing trust.
• Ability to innovate and solve problems creatively in a highly collaborative environment.
• Excellent project management capabilities and proven success in working within cross-functional teams.
• Skill in prioritizing and managing multiple customer accounts effectively.
• Openness to travel (10%).
