This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will conduct demo calls where you actively listen, understand the needs of our clients in the e-commerce and SaaS sectors, and derive appropriate solutions.
• You will independently manage support tickets and find quick, customer-oriented solutions.
• You will collaborate closely with our Onboarding & Automation team to ensure customer satisfaction and continuously enhance our solutions.
• You will independently create content such as blog articles, templates, or help pages and actively support the implementation of our AI & content strategy.
• You have experience in financial accounting or a good understanding of tax-related processes.
• You have experience in direct customer contact, ideally in a SaaS environment, and possess a strong sense of customer needs.
• You are skilled at defining, tracking, and achieving realistic goals and KPIs, both individually and in collaboration with your team.
• You communicate confidently in both German and English, both in writing and verbally.
• You are proficient with common tools such as Zendesk, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, or similar systems.
