
Customer Success Manager – Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the post-sale experience for major enterprise accounts
• Serve as a trusted advisor, fostering deep product engagement
• Oversee the commercial lifecycle, which includes contract renewals and expansion discussions
• Align customer business goals with our software capabilities to enhance ROI
• Detect risks early and implement proactive strategies for retention
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to facilitate essential enterprise feature requests
• Minimum of 5 years in Enterprise Customer Success Management or Account Management within B2B SaaS, with a focus on DevOps, IaC, Kubernetes, observability, or developer platforms
• Proven experience in coordinating with Product Engineering and Technical Support to address customer challenges and unlock opportunities
• Demonstrable history of achieving or surpassing renewal and expansion targets
• Familiarity with navigating intricate enterprise procurement and legal review processes
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging both technical implementers and C-level executives.
